As a Registered Nurse in our Cardiac Services team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional cardiac health services, and we are seeking a skilled and compassionate nurse to join our team.
Responsibilities- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients with cardiac conditions.
- Collaborate with the interprofessional care team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote health and wellness.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
- Current practicing registration as a Registered Nurse with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM).
- Completion of Cardiology component of Post Basic Critical Care course, or post basic High Acuity Course, approved Arrhythmia interpretation course.
- One year's recent experience in cardiac monitoring or telemetry unit.
- Current CPR (Level C) Basic Rescuer Certificate.
