Job Title: Dispatch Logisticien

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dispatch Logisticien to join our team at Kingdom Team.

Job Summary

The Dispatch Logisticien will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, preparing and submitting reports, and arranging for maintenance and repair work. The ideal candidate will have excellent oral communication skills, flexibility, and the ability to work under pressure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Train workers in duties and policies
  • Arrange training for staff
  • Coordinate, assign, and review work
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies
  • Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders
  • Establish work schedules and procedures
  • Plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics of the organization
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience an asset

Work Environment

The Dispatch Logisticien will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to work under pressure. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail and be able to work independently.
