About the Role

Foyer Bois Joli inc. is seeking a skilled Nurse Aide to join our team. As a Nurse Aide, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care to patients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist patients with daily living activities, such as feeding, toileting, and mobility.
  • Monitor patients' vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, and pulse.
  • Supply and empty bed pans, and maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Transport patients between care facilities and assist with wheelchair or stretcher transfers.
  • Answer call signals and respond to patients' needs in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collect specimens and administer first aid in emergency situations.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience an asset, but not required.
  • Permanent position with 40 hours per week.
  • English language proficiency.
