Key Responsibilities- Operate a spreader, plow wing, combo unit, and/or tow plow to perform snow removal on local roads and highways as per contract requirements.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including fuel reports, safety reports, and hours of service.
- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs to equipment as required.
- Familiarize yourself with route maps and sand/salt application rates.
- Meet call-in requirements during winter storm events.
- DZ or AZ license with a clean driver's abstract required.
- Ability to work assigned shifts, extended hours, and respond to call-ins within thirty minutes.
- Willingness to work in extreme weather conditions.
