This is an exciting opportunity to co-lead North America's oldest English language regional theatre, a renowned institution dedicated to promoting the arts and fostering community engagement.

As a key member of the leadership team, you will work closely with the Artistic Director (AD) and Royal Manitoba Theatre Centre's employees and volunteers to set a collaborative tone in the organization, empowering the team to contribute to its overall success.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for the arts. In addition to this position being a great opportunity for anyone with a passion for theatre, Royal MTC offers a fast-paced working environment, a competitive salary of $168,500, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To co-lead the theatre in setting a collaborative tone and empowering the team
  • To work closely with the Artistic Director and other stakeholders to achieve organisational goals
