Healthcare Operations Manager

Spring Living Retirement Communities is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Director of Health and Wellness. This position is responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality healthcare services to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management
- Provide strategic direction and oversight to the healthcare team, ensuring alignment with the company's mission and values.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of the healthcare team, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Care Coordination
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans for residents.
- Ensure that residents receive the necessary care and support to meet their physical, emotional, and social needs.
- Coordinate with external healthcare providers to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Staff Development and Training
- Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to healthcare staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Ensure that staff are equipped to provide high-quality care and support to residents.
- Quality Improvement
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance the delivery of care.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of quality improvement initiatives.
- Education and Experience
- Master's degree in a related field (e.g., nursing, healthcare administration).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role in healthcare.
- Skills and Qualifications
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.
