Food Service Supervisor

Sainath Food Ltd seeks a skilled Food Service Supervisor to oversee the preparation and service of food in our establishment. This is a permanent position with a 30-40 hour workweek, requiring no degree, certificate, or diploma. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in food service and be willing to train on the job.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Estimate ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Address customers' complaints or concerns.
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Supervise and check the assembly of trays.
