About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Photo Lab Specialist to join our team at London Drugs Limited. As a key member of our imaging department, you will be responsible for assisting in the production of high-quality photofinishing products while providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Print and Process Film: Print, process, and sort film of all sizes and types, ensuring high-quality results and meeting quality and service standards.
  • Maintain Equipment: Maintain equipment under the direction of the Photo Lab Manager, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Chemical Mixing and Housekeeping: Mix chemicals and perform general housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Scanning and Digital Delivery: Scan film using a PC for digital delivery of images, ensuring accurate and high-quality results.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Skills: Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Technical Skills: Possess experience with film processing, photography equipment, and basic desktop applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook or equivalent).
  • Teamwork and Adaptability: Work effectively in a team environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
