Electrical Draftsperson Job Description

At Albesol INC, we are seeking a skilled Electrical Draftsperson to join our team. As an Electrical Draftsperson, you will be responsible for developing and preparing design sketches, preparing construction specifications, costs, and material estimates, and preparing contracts and tenders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and prepare design sketches and drawings
  • Prepare construction specifications, costs, and material estimates
  • Prepare contracts and tenders
  • Write specifications and estimates
  • Consult with clients, engineers, and production specialists to establish product requirements
Requirements
  • Education: Other trades certificate or diploma or equivalent experience
  • Work setting: Willing to relocate
  • Computer and technology knowledge: Internet, Computer-aided design (CAD), AutoCAD, MS Office, MS Windows, Spreadsheet
  • Area of specialization: Electro-mechanical drafting, Electrical
  • Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Tight deadlines, Attention to detail, Sitting, Combination of sitting, standing, walking
  • Personal suitability: Organized, Team player
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years, Permanent, 30 hours per week, English language
