About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Drafting Specialist to join our team at Albesol INC. As an Electrical Drafting Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and preparing design sketches, preparing construction specifications, costs, and material estimates, and preparing contracts and tenders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and prepare design sketches and drawings using CAD software
  • Prepare construction specifications, costs, and material estimates
  • Prepare contracts and tenders for electrical projects
  • Consult with clients, engineers, and production specialists to establish product requirements
  • Estimate costs and materials for electrical projects
  • Complete documentation packages and drawing sets
Requirements
  • Education: Other trades certificate or diploma
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
  • or equivalent experience
  • Strong knowledge of CAD software, particularly AutoCAD
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 30-hour workweek. The ideal candidate will be a team player with a strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
