What You Will Do

We are seeking a skilled Senior Business Development Strategist to join our team at Northbridge Financial Corporation.

In this role, you will contribute to the growth of our Group Employee Benefits business by developing and maintaining relationships with key agency partner advisors, key brokers, and top productive advisors.

You will also review contract booklets while working with group carriers' account managers to prepare market specification analysis and quotes, provide benefit solution alternatives for incumbent plans with a focus on cost savings and benefits enhancements, negotiate new and/or renewal rates with group benefits providers on behalf of advisors, and lead and conduct group benefits client meetings – in person or virtual.

About Our Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone with post-secondary education and/or equivalent on-the-job experience, a Life and A&S license, and minimum 5-7+ years' experience in the insurance industry.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong comfort level meeting with clients in an advisory capacity and strong knowledge of insurance trends.
