About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Lifecycle Advocate to join our Customer Success team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

The Customer Lifecycle Advocate will be responsible for developing and executing customer success plans, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of customer-facing experience in a B2B/Enterprise SaaS environment
