We're seeking a highly motivated and client-focused Business Development Associate to join our team at the Royal Bank of Canada. In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences, driving sales growth, and building strong relationships with clients.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales or business development, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

In this position, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with our clients, understanding their financial needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their goals. You'll also be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, collaborating with internal stakeholders to drive results, and staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications
