General Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our team at beBee Professionals in Cornwall. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our organization, driving profitability, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business strategies to achieve financial targets and drive growth.
  • Manage and mentor department heads, fostering effective communication and teamwork.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and report on operational performance, making data-driven decisions to improve efficiency.
  • Lead the recruitment, training, and development of staff, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, with a strong understanding of business principles and practices.
  • Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar managerial role, with a track record of success in driving business growth and improvement.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve their best.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to build strong relationships with stakeholders and resolve complex issues.
