Overview

KPMG in Canada is seeking a talented professional to strengthen our Financial Services offering in the Montreal office. As a Consultant in our Operations Advisory practice, you will be a key member of a high-performing team, leveraging your strong business acumen to drive exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day guidance and mentoring to your team, supporting our Open Feedback culture.
  • Ensure timely engagement management and on-time, at-budget delivery of client deliverables.
  • Lead client engagements, providing expertise and knowledge for full-spectrum client-related business activities and projects.
  • Support client pursuits and proposal development, working with KPMG leaders to develop thought leadership and intellectual assets.
  • Grow your reputation as a trusted advisor and champion within your area of personal expertise.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline (Management/Business Administration, Engineering, Business Information/Technology, Finance, Public Administration, Data Sciences, and Health Sciences).
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in consulting in banking services.
  • Experience in planning and tracking projects, comfortable working with executive and C-suite clients, and superior communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and define problems and develop creative solutions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a passion for excellence and a drive to achieve full potential.
