The Benefits Implementation Consultant will be responsible for implementing and configuring benefits administration solutions for our customer base.

This role involves several key responsibilities:

  • Configuration and Quality Control: Complete product configuration and quality control testing based on business requirements and project timelines.
  • Technical Expertise: Demonstrate a thorough understanding of complex benefits administration technology and implementation concepts.
  • Client Service: Deliver quality services, value, and model excellent client service by establishing goals and implementation plans to achieve high-quality deliverables within expected timeframes. Monitor progress, manage risk, and confirm key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes.
  • Solution Development: Responsible for the quality of the custom benefit administration solutions including supporting System Integration Testing, Performance Testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Client Acceptance Testing (CAT) for each individual client need.
  • Tech and Professional Knowledge: Demonstrate high levels of technical and professional knowledge and quickly assimilate new knowledge.
  • Risk Escalation: Quickly escalate any identified risks or issues to a project based on product configuration requirements to project management and management.
  • Data Requirements: Maintain knowledge of the inbound and outbound data requirements of CWI benefit administration solutions.
  • Communication: Provide updates on accomplishments, issues, and future activities of assigned projects in weekly meetings.
  • Additional Tasks: Complete other tasks and projects as required.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience in implementing and/or supporting software applications and be familiar with traditional SDLC and Agile methods/practices.

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented individual who is able to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently on complex implementations. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Project, Word, Visio, and PowerPoint is required. A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience is also necessary.
