The Role

This position involves working closely with clients to deliver high-quality benefits administration solutions. The successful candidate will have expertise in complex benefits administration technology and implementation concepts, as well as excellent client service skills.

  • Configure and test products based on business requirements and project timelines.
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of benefits administration technology and implementation concepts.
  • Deliver quality services, value excellent client service, and establish goals to achieve high-quality deliverables within expected timeframes.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, Project, Word, Visio, and PowerPoint.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in implementing and/or supporting software applications.
  • Experience working with implementation methodologies and/or equivalent project management methodologies.
Benefits
