Job Title: Salesforce CRM Trainer

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce CRM Trainer to join our team at WS Audiology Americas. As a Salesforce CRM Trainer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs to our staff and clients on Salesforce best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop training programs and materials, including presentations, manuals, and online resources.
  • Train and assist power users in creating complex dashboards that provide insights into sales performance, customer data, or other key sales metrics.
  • Customize training programs to meet the specific needs of different user groups within the organization.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features, tools, and best practices.
  • Plan and conduct training sessions for employees and clients both in-person and virtually.
  • Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, testing, and performance metrics.
  • Modify training content and delivery methods based on evaluation results and feedback.
Requirements:
  • Completion of post-secondary education, ideally at a Bachelor's degree level within a relevant field such as Information Technology, Education, or a blend of post-secondary education experience and related experience.
  • Certified Salesforce Trainer Certification or relevant Salesforce and/or CRM courses or certifications completed or in progress would be a definite asset.
  • 3+ years of experience in a training capacity with some direct experience providing training with CRMs, including some experience with Salesforce.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce products and solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
