About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Client Advisor to join our team in Victoria East. As an ambassador of Royal Bank of Canada, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional client experiences and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

As a Client Advisor, your primary focus will be on engaging with clients in all areas of the branch and community, uncovering their banking needs, providing expert advice, and identifying opportunities for growth. You will work closely with partners to make the most of business opportunities and referrals. Your expertise will contribute to creating memorable client experiences that drive satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess strong problem-solving and people skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients. A demonstrated passion for putting clients first, along with success in a hands-on, target-driven sales environment, is essential. You must also be flexible, eager to learn, and have strong personal ethics. Digital literacy across various devices and the ability to work all business hours are also required. While a track record in building rapport and maintaining client relationships within the financial or service industry is a plus, it's not mandatory. If you hold mutual funds accreditation, such as the Investment Funds in Canada or the Canadian Securities Course, it will definitely be a valuable asset.

Estimated Salary Range

$62,000 - $82,000 per year, based on location and experience.
