Community Use Supervisor

At Rocky View Schools, we are committed to providing a supportive and inclusive environment for our students, staff, and community. As a Community Use Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate community use of school facilities, ensuring compliance with school policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement programs to promote community engagement and partnerships with local organizations.
  • Provide excellent customer service to users of school facilities, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with school staff and community partners to develop and deliver programs that meet the needs of our students and community.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and community engagement.
