Community Use Supervisor

Rocky View Schools (RVS) is a rapidly growing school division in Alberta, supporting the educational needs of over 28,600 students from Kindergarten to Grade 12 in 53 schools. Our mission is to ensure students learn, belong, and succeed.

About the Role

We are seeking a Community Use Supervisor to oversee the use of our facilities for community programs and events. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing the use of our schools and facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage the use of school facilities for community programs and events
  • Ensure compliance with school division policies and procedures
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community groups and organizations
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to users of our facilities
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Knowledge of school division policies and procedures
