Product Lifecycle Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Lifecycle Manager to join our team at Paymentus Holdings Inc. This is a full-time position that requires a strong background in product development and management.
Key Responsibilities- Product Lifecycle Management: Own and manage product lifecycle activities from concept to end-of-life, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
- Product Roadmap Development: Create, update, and deliver product roadmaps that drive growth, revenue, and market share.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including delivery managers, product owners, and business analysts, to ensure successful product delivery.
- Project Management: Manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources to meet business needs.
- Leadership and Communication: Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to team members, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: 5-10 years of experience in product development or management, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects and initiatives.
- Skills: Strong technical knowledge, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally with internal and external teams.
- Agile Development Experience: Experience working in Agile development environments, with knowledge of BRD tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools.
- Cloud Technologies: Familiarity with cloud technologies such as AWS and GCP.
This is a full-time position that requires working in a professional office environment. The physical demands of this job include prolonged periods of sitting, working on a computer, and occasional lifting of up to 15 pounds.
TravelUp to 5% travel may be required, depending on business needs.
