Product Lifecycle Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Lifecycle Manager to join our team at Paymentus Holdings Inc. This is a full-time position that requires a strong background in product development and management.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and own product lifecycle activities from concept to end of life.
- Align vision and collaborate with stakeholders to execute product plans.
- Translate business roadmaps into initiatives and provide guidance to business analysts.
- Maintain product backlogs and prioritize epics based on business needs.
- Work closely with delivery managers and product owners to plan product delivery.
- Create, update, and deliver product roadmaps to achieve growth objectives.
- Lead training and product demonstrations for internal and external audiences.
- Anticipate changing business needs and recommend changes to the business team.
- Monitor the market and develop competitive analyses to deliver continuous improvements.
- Identify opportunities for improvement within the Product team and Paymentus organization.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in product development or management.
- Proven ability to complete and deliver projects successfully.
- Attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
- Technical knowledge with experience in software development or solution design.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to create buy-in and lead teams without direct authority.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment.
- Knowledge of BRD tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools.
- Experience in Payment processing space.
- Familiarity with Cloud technologies like AWS and GCP.
This is a full-time position that requires working in a professional office environment. The physical demands of this job include prolonged periods of sitting and working on a computer.
TravelTravel up to 5% may be required depending on business needs.
