About the Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Demand Planning Analyst to join our team at Teva Pharmaceuticals. As a key member of our Supply Chain organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improving forecast accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with cross-functional teams to develop demand consensus and drive business decisions
- Participate in monthly Demand and Operational Consensus S&OP process
- Deliver on key performance targets, including sales growth, forecast accuracy, and customer delivery
- Collaborate with Global Supply Chain COE and NA Organization to drive continuous improvement and develop new strategies
- Improve forecast accuracy by leveraging industry best practices, analytics, and collaboration with Sales & Marketing, Pricing, TGO, Finance, and Customer Operations
- Utilize SAP Advanced Planning & Optimization (APO)/IBP suite to effectively build demand and operational plans
- Optimize statistical forecasting process by evaluating algorithms and models
- Manage processes to determine root cause of KPI deviations and develop corrective measures
- Participate in annual operations plan (AOP) and Long-Range Plan (LRP) activities
- Review daily exception messages and alerts, and take action as required
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 4 years' experience with a demonstrated knowledge of Supply Chain concepts and best practices
- APICS Certification desirable, but not required
- Specific experience in Demand Planning, inventory management, Sales & Operations planning
- Knowledge of Advanced Planning systems, SAP APO/IBP experience strongly preferred
- Pharmaceutical experience desirable, but not required
- Must be proficient in MS Office (Excel, Visio, PowerPoint)
- Strong influence and communication skills within all levels of the organization
- Lean Six Sigma experience is preferred
