As an Accounts Payable Finance Associate at Advantage Personnel, you will play a pivotal role in managing and processing accounts payable functions with precision and efficiency.
The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of AP processes, policies, and best practices, as well as proficiency in Yardi software. This individual will be responsible for processing and managing invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports, as well as reconciling vendor statements and resolving discrepancies promptly.
In this fast-paced environment, your expertise will be highly valued as you ensure accuracy and timeliness in all tasks. You will also prepare and process electronic payments and check runs, assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts payable, and maintain organized and accurate records of all AP transactions.
To succeed in this role, you will require exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, as well as the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential, along with experience in property management or construction industry being an asset.
