About the Role

As a Sales Floor Ambassador at IKEA, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers. Your attention to detail and ability to multitask will be essential in maintaining a well-organized and attractive sales floor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as an IKEA Ambassador by understanding the impact of your role on customer experience.
  • Help customers find their way around the store and provide solutions to their home furnishing needs.
  • Stay knowledgeable about in-store specials, delivery options, product features, and benefits.
  • Ensure the sales floor is stocked, presentable, attractively merchandised, and correctly priced.
  • Support the team with additional duties as required.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have about 6 months of work experience in a high-volume sales or customer service environment. You should be a total people-person, able to strike up conversations easily and provide exceptional customer service. You will also need to have an obvious passion for IKEA products and design, as well as our Sustainability commitment. The starting rate for this position is $17.09/h.
