Job Summary

At Northern Star Hotel & Convention Center, we are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Server to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and serving guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages according to menu specifications and guest requests.
  • Operate a cash register and process payments accurately.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a food and beverage service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Working Conditions:

  • Standing for extended periods.
  • Frequent bending, crouching, and kneeling.
  • Occasional lifting of up to 9 kg (20 lbs).
