About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Learning and Development Intern to support our team in creating engaging and effective learning materials. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in designing, developing, and delivering online, blended, and face-to-face learning experiences that drive behavior change and support our mission to improve water and sanitation for all.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the planning, design, and execution of multiple projects concurrently, collaborating with subject matter experts to assess learner needs and establish learning objectives.
  • Develop diverse learning aids, such as presentations, graphics, diagrams, videos, and interactive e-learning, using tools like TalentLMS, Articulate, and Canva.
  • Explore and propose innovative learning tools and technologies to enhance design solutions and leverage AI tools in our work.
  • Manage the instructional design of new resources, update and adapt existing resources, and create automated communications to support client learning journeys.
  • Organize, track, and troubleshoot the catalogue of online resources, including identifying and incorporating missing translations, repairing broken hyperlinks, and establishing version control.
Requirements
  • This position is open to all education levels and areas of study, with a preference for those with specialization or experience in instructional design, knowledge management, or education.
  • Ability to conduct self-directed learning on learning management, digital asset management, and design technology is key to success.
  • Experience with tools like Talent LMS, Articulate 360, Canto, and Microsoft D365 is an asset.
