About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager, Clinical Pharmacy Services to join our team at William Osler Health System. This is a unique opportunity to lead and develop high-performing pharmacy teams, drive process improvements, and ensure exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage pharmacy operations across multiple sites, including staffing, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic plans that align with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, Accreditation Canada standards, and Ontario College of Pharmacists guidelines.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, policies, and protocols for pharmacy services.
  • Mentor and coach staff to optimize performance and maximize scope of practice.
  • Promote a culture of safety, quality, and excellence within the pharmacy department.
Qualifications:
  • Eligibility for licensure in Ontario with the Ontario College of Pharmacists (Part A)
  • Minimum 5 years clinical experience in hospital practice, with 2-3 years of leadership experience in acute care settings.
  • Post-graduate degree in management or clinical pharmacy practice is an asset.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
