Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development and Marketing Specialist to join our team at Manro Enterprises Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare written materials such as reports, briefs, and website content to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders.
  • Provide consultation on planning and starting new businesses, including advice on procedures and requirements for government approval of development proposals.
  • Conduct surveys and analyze data on buying habits and preferences of wholesale and retail consumers to inform marketing strategies.
  • Develop and implement market research questionnaires and design, conduct, and analyze quantitative and qualitative research projects to gain insights into consumer behavior.
  • Design online marketing campaigns, e-commerce promotions, and website promotions to engage with customers and increase brand visibility.
Requirements:
  • Mastery of MS Office, MS Outlook, MS Windows, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, and organized approach to tasks.
