CannaConnect is a leading medical cannabis clinic in Canada, specializing in providing personalized care to military veterans, RCMP, and First Responders. Our mission is to connect individuals suffering from medical conditions with a trusted network of physicians and licensed cannabis producers.

Job Title: Clinic Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and personable Clinic Manager to support our mission by providing tailored education and patient support services to both new and existing patients at our wellness lounge in Saint John.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Onboard new patients and arrange appointments with physicians
  • Perform follow-up calls and update patient files
  • Provide education and information on medical cannabis safety and effectiveness
  • Help organize and run social events in the wellness lounge
  • Collaborate with the team in head office
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma
  • Customer service experience in a front-line setting
  • Previous experience in a client-facing setting is an asset
  • Knowledge of medical cannabis and/or previous medical cannabis education is an asset
