Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Night Shift Supervisor to join our team at Amra Plastic Moulders Inc. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of production processes, work planning, estimating, measuring, and scheduling.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate machinery and equipment to ensure efficient production processes.
  • Prepare and submit production and other reports to management.
  • Implement and maintain a culture of continuous safety and quality assurance.
  • Use specialized tools and equipment to perform job tasks.
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure timely delivery of packaging elements.
  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
  • Identify and troubleshoot irregularities and malfunctions in machinery.
  • Perform repairs, cleaning, and replacement of parts to maintain equipment in good working order.
  • Train new employees on job tasks and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of production processes and quality control procedures.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Attention to detail and ability to distinguish between colors.
