Job Title: Food Counter Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at SUBWAY. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest quality food preparation and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Prepare and cook food items, including sandwiches, salads, and snacks, to meet customer demands.
  • Operate a cash register and process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service or related industry.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 45 kg (100 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
