Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring proactive and timely resolution of resident inquiries.
  • Provide professional and courteous service to current and prospective residents, handling inquiries, feedback, complaints, or concerns in a prompt and efficient manner.
  • Assist with the leasing process, including showing available units, securing leases, and ensuring a high level of resident satisfaction.
  • Conduct viewings with prospective residents, promoting Centurion's value proposition and providing related information and forms as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, colleagues, and external partners.
  • Proven customer service experience, with a focus on delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of property management principles and practices, with a focus on resident satisfaction and retention.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
