Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Saskatchewan Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring a high level of customer service, and maintaining a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Authorize the return of merchandise and resolve customer complaints in a fair and timely manner.
  • Establish and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels and optimal store performance.
  • Organize and maintain inventory levels, including receiving and stocking merchandise, and conducting regular inventory counts.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of store employees, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Work closely with the store management team to achieve sales goals and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset, but not required.
  • Equivalent experience may be considered.
Work Environment

This is a permanent full-time position, working 30 to 40 hours per week. The work language is English.
