Job Title: Clinical Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Operations Manager to join our team at Randstad Canada. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our medical front desk and ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Clinic Director in coordinating and supervising the distribution of tasks within the team.
  • Help with the interviewing, hiring, and training of new staff as per the SOP onboarding process.
  • Assist in the ongoing development of team members through identifying, suggesting, and helping plan training sessions for employees.
  • Assist in the scheduling, ongoing management, and tracking of employee hours.
  • Help with staffing updates and management of promotions on services and products.
  • Help to promote employee engagement and cohesiveness amongst the team, addressing and resolving any conflicts that may occur in a prompt manner.
  • Help to supervise and assist the front desk staff.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in management, business, or a related field.
  • At least three (2) years of relevant experience, ideally in a retail or service business.
  • Fluently bilingual in French and English (written, read, and spoken) will be a great asset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in sales and personnel management is a must.
  • Excellent communication skills.
