Liquor Store Supervisor Job Description

LIQUOR BARON is seeking a highly skilled Liquor Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our liquor store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire, train, and develop a team of sales associates to provide excellent customer service and meet sales targets.
  • Establish and maintain a positive and productive work environment, promoting a culture of teamwork and respect.
  • Manage store inventory, including ordering and receiving stock, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and goals.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail or sales environment.
  • Permanent employment with a minimum of 35 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
