Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Assembly Supervisor to join our team at 9407-0190 Quebec INC. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Ensure food and service meet quality control standards
  • Address customer complaints or concerns
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Supervise and check assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Permanent position
  • 40 hours per week
  • Fluency in French
