Job Title: Food Assembly Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Assembly Supervisor to join our team at 9407-0190 Quebec INC.

Job Summary:

The Food Assembly Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Supervise and check assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Dependability and ability to work independently
Working Conditions:
  • Noisy work environment
  • Exposure to odours and hot temperatures
Language:

French is the primary language of communication in this role.

Work Schedule:

40 hours per week, permanent position.
