Job Title: Co-op or Intern Student - Assurance Team

BDO's Pembina Valley office is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Co-op or Intern Student to join our Assurance team for a 4-month summer internship in 2025.

  • Utilize technical knowledge from courses to carry out work projects and assignments efficiently
  • Prepare and complete working papers, financial statements, and notice to reader engagements per regulatory standards
  • Gather evidence for Assurance and Accounting engagements
  • Build positive working relationships with clients and effectively respond to requests and suggestions
  • Communicate progress updates and issues with team members on an ongoing basis

Your Experience and Education
  • Currently working towards a degree or diploma in accounting
  • Desire to provide outstanding client service and commitment to teamwork
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to take initiative to seek understanding
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
