Join our Assurance & Accounting team as a Summer or Co-op Intern, where you will have the opportunity to make a significant contribution.


Enhance your technical expertise in the following areas:
- Compilations, reviews, audits, bookkeeping, and taxation
- Gain insights into International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), and Accounting Standards for Private Enterprises (ASPE)
- Organize files for new clients and newly established businesses, manage multiple files concurrently, and conduct inventory assessments
- Execute accounts receivable, accounts payable, capital asset acquisition and disposal, and payroll processes with clients in a professional manner
- Evaluate the adequacy of audit evidence for expenses, revenues, capital asset additions, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and prepaid expenses
- Create charts of accounts and prepare entries for posting
- Draft correspondence, technical reports, client summaries, and presentations that outline engagement findings and highlights

Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in commerce or business administration (preferably with a focus on accounting or finance)
- Previous experience in an accounting-related office environment is advantageous
- Customer service and/or client service experience is beneficial
- Familiarity with accounting and tax software is a plus
