Liquor Store Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Liquor Store Supervisor to join our team at 1661529 Alberta Ltd. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our liquor store, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities- Assign sales workers to duties and oversee their performance
- Hire, train, and develop staff to meet business objectives
- Authorize payments, manage inventory, and maintain accurate records
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional manner
- Supervise and coordinate activities of sales staff to ensure efficient store operations
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or sales environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong organizational and time management skills
This is a permanent, full-time position with a 30 to 35 hour workweek. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and have a strong understanding of the liquor industry.
