Liquor Store Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Liquor Store Supervisor to join our team at 1661529 Alberta Ltd. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our liquor store, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless store operations.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and efficient ordering processes.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Merchandising: Maintain a visually appealing store environment, ensuring products are properly displayed and merchandised.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales volumes, inventory levels, and personnel matters.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Work Conditions: Attention to detail, client focus, flexibility, organized, reliability, team player
This is a permanent, full-time position with a 30-35 hour workweek. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
