Job Title: Breakfast Cook

We are seeking a skilled Breakfast Cook to join our team at McDonald's. As a Breakfast Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet the high standards of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook breakfast items, such as eggs, pancakes, and sandwiches
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure efficient service
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
  • Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a kitchen or food service environment
  • Equivalent experience in a related field
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
  • Fast-paced environment with high volume of customers
  • Physically demanding, requiring standing for extended periods and handling heavy loads
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment

  • Client focus and excellent oral communication skills
  • Dependability, flexibility, and ability to work in a team environment
  • Reliability and time management skills
Support for Newcomers and Refugees:
  • Supports newcomers and/or refugees with foreign credential recognition

We offer a permanent position with 30 to 40 hours of work per week and a work language of English.
