About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Reservations Supervisor to join our team at EASYDAY TRAVEL. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, establishing work schedules and procedures, and performing same duties as workers supervised.

Key Responsibilities
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations
  • Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures to optimize productivity
  • Perform same duties as workers supervised to provide guidance and support
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis
  • Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure timely completion and high quality
  • Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
  • Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery
  • Requisition materials and supplies as needed
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Client focus and team player
Work Environment

This is a permanent position with a 35 to 40 hour work week. The work environment is urban and the work setting is a travel agency. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of customer service principles and be able to work effectively in a team environment.

Language and Asset

The primary language of work is English. The ideal candidate will have a strong proficiency in Hindi, Urdu, and Punjabi.
