About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Travel Operations Supervisor to join our team at Tourland Travel Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our travel services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Travel Operations: Oversee the work of travel coordinators and ensure that all travel arrangements are made in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Client Service and Support: Provide exceptional client service and support to our clients, including responding to inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Staff Management and Development: Hire, train, and develop a team of travel coordinators to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent service to our clients.
  • Operational Efficiency: Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
  • Supply Chain Management: Requisition materials and supplies as needed to ensure that our operations run smoothly.
Requirements
  • Education: College or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Work Setting: Willing to relocate.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle a large workload, and work under pressure.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, client-focused, dependable, organized, and a team player.
