About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Home Health Professional to join our team at Bayshore HealthCare. As a Home Health Professional, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to clients in their own homes or facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care with compassion and excellence to clients and their families.
- Evaluate client needs and develop personalized care plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and achieve client goals.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and progress.
Requirements:
- Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Current registration with the provincial licensing body.
- Minimum 2 years of recent experience in community settings, preferably with seniors.
- Valid CPR certification and reliable mode of transportation.
- Clear police record and vulnerable sector screening (if required).
Benefits and Compensation:
The estimated salary for this position is $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and location. We offer competitive benefits, including health, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a generous pension plan and professional development opportunities.
