Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Wendcorp Holdings Inc. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that all food and service meet our high quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and Implement Operational Procedures

Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Supervise and Coordinate Staff

Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard.

Train and Develop Staff

Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure that all staff are equipped to perform their roles effectively.

Ensure Quality Control

Ensure that all food and service meet our quality control standards, and take corrective action when necessary.

Prepare Budgets and Reports

Prepare budget and cost estimates, and submit reports as required.

Address Customer Complaints

Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

Maintain Records

Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Experience

7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service supervisory role.

Work Environment

Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

Physical Demands

Combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods.

Personal Suitability

Excellent oral communication skills, client focus, and team player.
