Position Overview

As a Food Service Supervisor at TAAL FINE INDIAN CUISINE, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our dining establishment. Your leadership will ensure that our culinary team operates efficiently and maintains the highest standards of food quality and service.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff involved in food preparation and portioning.
  • Estimate the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation.
  • Ensure compliance with quality control standards for food and service.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste.
  • Prepare and submit detailed reports on operational performance.
  • Establish and manage work schedules for staff.
Work Environment

The role is set in a fast-paced environment where you will need to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. You should be prepared to stand for extended periods.
