Administrative Coordinator

- Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, maintaining a busy calendar and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Answer telephone calls, relay messages and provide exceptional customer service, representing YONAS TRUCKING LTD with professionalism.
- Compile data, statistics and other information, analyzing and presenting findings to support business decisions.
- Manage office supplies, maintain inventory and ensure a well-stocked and organized workspace.
- Arrange travel, itineraries and make reservations, ensuring seamless logistics and timely arrivals.
- Greet visitors, direct them to contacts or service areas and provide a warm welcome to YONAS TRUCKING LTD.
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized filing systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Work in a fast-paced environment, requiring adaptability and multitasking skills.
- Pay close attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all tasks and responsibilities.
- Demonstrate at least 1 year of experience in a related field, with a strong understanding of administrative principles and practices.
- Be legally eligible to work in Canada, with a valid work permit or citizenship.
- Be able to work 30 hours per week, with a regular schedule and occasional overtime as needed.
- Be fluent in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
