Main Responsibilities
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, maintaining a busy calendar and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Answer telephone calls, relay messages and provide exceptional customer service, representing YONAS TRUCKING LTD with professionalism.
  • Compile data, statistics and other information, analyzing and presenting findings to support business decisions.
  • Manage office supplies, maintain inventory and ensure a well-stocked and organized workspace.
  • Arrange travel, itineraries and make reservations, ensuring seamless logistics and timely arrivals.
  • Greet visitors, direct them to contacts or service areas and provide a warm welcome to YONAS TRUCKING LTD.
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized filing systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
Work Environment
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, requiring adaptability and multitasking skills.
  • Pay close attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all tasks and responsibilities.
Requirements
  • Demonstrate at least 1 year of experience in a related field, with a strong understanding of administrative principles and practices.
  • Be legally eligible to work in Canada, with a valid work permit or citizenship.
  • Be able to work 30 hours per week, with a regular schedule and occasional overtime as needed.
  • Be fluent in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
